English Country Kitchen This large kitchen was built using reclaimed lumber , and finished mainly with milk paint , with a clear acrylic finish on top to protect it. The day bed and hutch area was built using cypress that had lain underwater for about 100 years .I salvaged and air- dried it myself. It was part of the original bulkhead in Senix creek right over the road from my workshop. The counter tops in the rest of the kitchen are fabricated from copper sheet , with a steel edging.
